Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you learn. Maevi offers a 14-day refund window on course purchases.

How it works

If a course isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it. Because educator payouts are only sent after this window closes, refunds inside the window are clean and immediate.

What to expect

Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a course is refunded, your access to it is removed.

Fair use

Refunds are meant for genuine dissatisfaction, not for watching an entire course and then asking for your money back. We may decline refunds where there’s evidence of abuse, or limit repeated refund requests from the same account.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. It’s faster for you and we can almost always sort it out. If a charge is disputed, access to that course is paused while the dispute is open and restored if it’s resolved in our favor.

Email support@maeviedu.com from the address on your account, with the course name. We’ll take care of the rest.
